Thread for various games that can be modded to include bellies, pregnancy, birth, etc. Major examples would be the newer Fallout games and the various Illusion games like HoneySelect and the Custom Order Maid series.
Stardew Valley has its very own thread here:https://pregchan.com/b/res/33.html
To start, here's a belly mod that a Pixiv artist made for Honeyselect:https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/74672991
You can either give a character a "bote" outfit or duplicate the character, add an "onahole" outfit with invisible limbs, then link them together in the Studio application.

Need more testing and screenshots
Is there any MOD for Koikatsu? At least tell me how to manipulate the model?
Yes but it doesnt look good.
Koikatsu has lots of mods, but the program itself is very outdated. IIRC, it's only 32-bit, so it runs terribly even on modern desktops.
Honeyselect has better modding capabilities and comes with a version of Koikatsu's posing studio.
I should say that if you really want to make a belly, you have to add an object in the studio, color it using the material editor, then "parent" it to the character's waist.
What is the name of the game?
>>4320> AI Shoujo
It's literally beside the pic>>4316>modern desktops
…except I have a potato PC for now…>>4317
So we can do it from the creator studio, not from the actual game?
Has anyone tried Virt a mate?
So uh, like this?
I made this after trying several types of objects. I've only got hemispheres, no teardrop shape :<
Yup, looks good. The hemisphere can work, but I just preferred the droplet's general shape.
The teardrop item might be listed as "drop" or "droplet" or something in the item menu. I don't remember if it was a mod or not, but you could probably download a mod pack off of Nyaa.si if you wanted to dig around for it.
Shit I pressed reply before I post the pic>>4357
I tried the droplet shape (found it from "find" option, how dumb of me lol), looks much better tho. Also I extracted the swimsuit textures from the game so the object's color would match the suit, but Idk how to make the stripes shown on the droplet. So I edited it with photoshop…
Not really. Needing 82 mods just to get it working even then you try and follow every instruction of those 82 only to miss one small thing you needed to do only to break everything, spend 15 more hours doing it all over again to work only to get to content for it to crash to destop with no idea why it did, spend 3 more days trying to get it to unfuck.
Then ask myself "wtf am i doing with my life?"
That mod sounds like quite the fetish buffet. Conception via syringe rifle? Yep. Radioactive based breast growth? Sure. Cannibal perk based baby back rib recipes? Why not.
Seems a bit unstable atm, but will be a welcome addition to my next FO4 playthru once it has more time in the oven.
Ive never understood how people mess up installing skyrim mods since they are so easy to do so. Now Oblivion with xLovers was a cluster fuck of shit. Do you remember where it was crashing at?
It was so inconsistant it was near impossible to figure it out even after doing 2 more "clean" installs and starting over. Sometimes it was 5 seconds of in world time. Sometimes it was a hour later while walking and doign no interaction. Literally spent days painstakingly checking over ever mod, its required mods, those mods requirements.
It is what it is, I'm just not waiting anymore of my life on the hopes that it'll work smoothly again.
You need to use Mod Organizer 2 with its virtual folders feature so you don't ruin your game installation every time you fuck something up.
I think when it comes to skyrim and fallout, 90% of the time its forgetting to open up bodyslide studio and updateing the build batch with morphs. Other then that mod organizer 2 or vortex are a huge help with mod management and capatibility between different mods.
Is anyone familiar with modding Blade and Sorcery?
Hold up, what mods are those?
I'm also creating some from Koikatsu, but I cant found the slider to make such belly like that…
I would also like to know
I use this one to make the sims nude.https://deaderpool-mccc.com/#/
I use this one to control the pregnancies.
That's one way to get new equipment
In the old Fallout 4 thread before getting deleted had a patch for M.C.G on allowing creatures to participate in random sex, does anyone have it?
Seems like it doesnt do anything sadly, you sure its the right one?
Nevermind I only saw half the pic
What do you have enabled in MCM?
>factory farms in fallout awaken something in me
>like factorio as a game more but no sex mods
>we will never have a fucktorio mod pack with human x bug breeding and cg scenes
Good luck, buddy. If u need help for belly modelling in Koikatsu, I can give u some suggestions
Some suggestions would be nice
Can't say it specifically but I suggest u have to install ABMX slider mod, then look for 4 of these bone
Try to slide spine01 and waist01, especially scale Z, so it will give u round belly. The other bones r just for adjusting the angles, but usually its not necessary. Be aware that changing the values of those bones will screw up some clothings like skirts.
U can fix that by following the guides in Koikatsu discord server about "Layer your clothings"https://discord.gg/UxrN4r
Ive mixed and matched but nothing ever works with my companions/slaves or the minutemen group (atleast early game) and so far only raiders, trash Carla with her brahmin and Diamond City residents
There was a game with a mod being developed here that I can't for the life of me remember the name of.
The basic plot was you wound up having to mind transfer into servants bodies, and you would run around doing quests. You can buy more servants and unlock goblins etc.
The pregnancy mod let you do hyperpreg stuff.
There was a brothel where you could have people pay to see your pregnancy as it progressed, a woman who wanted to see you more and more pregnant etc.
Sounds like the game "Fetish Master" with the maternal reads pregnancy mod.
New Vegas has a decent system of mods to basically turn it into Violated Heroine, where your character can get raped if you get damaged too much in hand-to-hand combat. As far as I know, literally *anything* can knock you up, so you can eventually pop out little eyebots if you enable all values. The mods seem to play mostly okay together, but it's kind of a pain to get them all and make sure you're not missing any dependencies, which is sort of expected for a Bethesda game really.
The simplified version is this:
>sexout sex assault
Then you just fiddle with values like fertility level, jizz volume (lol), damage threshold, pregnancy length, things like that. It's a test of patience to get the settings just how you want, but the game is like 300 hours long anyway.
The system also works for NPCs, but it's a little finicky regarding persistent characters, so you could potentially use a male Courier to knock up the entire Mojave if you wanted and build your own legion of loyal offspring.
Yeah, I enjoyed when I got New Vegas modded the way I wanted but there's a reason I've never tried to do it on any other game again
