If you were to stick with the game's original setting
The game world's setting is a social that all females should have sex with anyone and give birth as much as possible, while the males are supposed to provide their semen to help the females produce babies to increase the populations
There won't really be a case of:
1. Lover/Couples like Institute Help Event gang rape, or the lover family ending in planning
First of all, while some people sees the world's background is grim, it is not really that grim, there are still rules, thus some crimes like rapes should still be illegal, true that females has to reproduce, but they still have the rights to choose who to have sex with
The difficulty to earn money to live on is too high, since prostitution is now legal, males won't really have to stick with one female, who most likely is selling her own body, as prostitution is considered a must for those that is not smart enough to be able to earn much money with other legal method to live in that world. Possibility of lover/couples are just near to 0.
2. In needs of gold to take care of brother in Institute help event 2, because babies and children are raised by the country, not families, unless if the person have enough power to earn money, the person would not be able to raise the baby herself (thus no case of poor family with kids…except slum, basically an illegal area anyway)
As for the slum gangbang event, that is well done, I mean, slum is already an illegal area, not to mention that the NPC actually asked and it is up to player(Hazumi)'s choice.
I mean, the story mods are nice, if everything has to be sticking with the original, why would we even want to MODify? But for players that wants a logic in the story, you might have to further MOD the game, make the story sounds less conflicting

Update v1.7.1 has been released. Editing and releasing mods should be easier now. This will also allow me to translate the morning sickness mod.
To summarize the new additions, two new console commands have been created. They are importAllJSONFromMods() and exportAllDiff(). The first command, importAllJSONFromMods(), will create a set of new .json files in a folder located at www/data/JSON_import with mods patched in. Simply place these files into the data folder, and all applied mods can be edited in RPG Maker MV. The second command, exportAllDiff(), requires the files in www/data to be backed up to www/data/vanilla. Then the files in www/data will be compared to the unedited backups in www/data/vanilla, and any differences will be exported as .json files to the www/MOD_output folder.
Be aware that when running the importAllJSONFromMods() command during a dialogue event, like the opening with Hazumi in her room, there will be an error message and the game will stop. Don't worry, the .json files will still get imported without issue. To avoid this, use the command console while at the main menu.

It's really difficult to pull off, without making it look janky. The closest thing we have, are duwwey's and nameless' mods.
I assume this is also the reason why no one has tried their hands on additional sex scenes, it's just really difficult to make it consistent with the already existing scenes. Then again, I am no modder/artist, this is just my assumption

not sure if anyone has suggested this yet, but on the topic of giving hazumi belly sizes large than "ultra" because of limitations in the sprite sizes of the game, why not just make her body proportionally smaller to the belly rather than upping the size of the whole sprite? loli mod bellies feel so massive because they're massive in proportion to the body
