Absofuckinglutely not. Taking photos of somebody without their consent - ESPECIALLY to upload on a porn site - is wrong. Don't do this.
Exactly. I mean, sure, it's nice to see a cute pregnant girl when you're out and about, but taking pictures of strangers is not right. And expressly especially posting them online, it's fucked up.
They're called creep shots for a reason
Not a good idea…please take em down.
If I was her husband or BF, I'll be pissed.
And esp. if I was that pregnant woman, legal punitive damages!
I personally find the quality of the Jacksonville beach safari to be the most offensive thing about this post. Shame on the photographer for sharing such shitty resolution! Disgusting!
As far as US law goes, there is no expectation of privacy in open public spaces, including technically private property such as a store. While definitely creepy, there's no way to stop it. If people don't want candids on this site, then start a thread on /q/ to request a new rule. I'm sure Couchy will listen if enough people voice support.
thats a little creepy don't you think?
No more than anything else on the site
You think 🤔
I’m sure consent on real photos uploaded here is like 5%
No worse than uploading a birthing pic etc..
Except that the women giving birth gave permission to be recorded, and probably uploaded said recordings onto the internet themselves.
Their photos and videos are still being used in ways that are beyond the original consent.
You post on the internet, you leave your house welcome to public space.
Our eyes are cameras
And there is no privacy on the internet or in public
For dissemination among friends and family, perhaps. Not to be immortalized on a fetish site.
Wow, and here I thought the nazi infestation was cancerously unethical.
But some of these fucking replies,
I am shocked by the lack of empathy.
At least we can remain assured that anyone who would take creep shots of pregnant women will never be reproducing themselves.
What's creepy about it?
Shut the fuck up and fap or get the fuck out of here, moralfag.
Yeah, I'd hate for people to think the niche pregnancy imageboard is full of "creeps" and weirdos.
This but unironically. The format of the community doesn’t necessitate tolerating Nazis and sex pests. Hold Pregchan to a higher standard and remove them both.
Thank you for acknowledging that liberals are the enemies of Nazis, it’s something we take no small amount of pride in.
Imagine trying to shame someone for not wanting Nazis and sex pests in any context!
hey guys im cool with people creeping around teenagers instagram stories for suggestive pictures for me to pleasure my self too. but people with political opinions inhabiting the same forum is not ok. so what if they rarely go off topic and talk about them i want this place to become like every other place on the web and ban them
>>12316>that second one
Niiice. Love how tight it looks around the belly, and the bit peeking out below is like the cherry on top.
Yeah but pregchan isn't like those other sites and i doubt it will ever change tbh
Candid photos = Nazi?
Haha good one
Snapping a photo= massacres, mass rape, looting, the exploitation of forced labor, the murder of three million Soviet prisoners of war, and participation in the extermination of Jews.
Please don't post non photos in /r/.
posts like this are why y'all need to learn philosophy, you're really saying drawing pictures, doing photoshops and grabbing pictures that are already posted online is comparable to taking pictures of people while they're getting groceries
You can make whatever moral judgments you like but the false equivalences are flaring up my autism
Someone did start one, once, and everyone came out saying we shouldn't have candid threads because they violate the woman's privacy. Like now.
The only difference here is the original poster was reasonable. He apologized, and then he deleted the thread. That's why you don't see it. Please follow his example. We really don't need this kind of thread.
You know what I will apologize about being an asshole earlier and like I said it is creepy, but I will not delete the thread myself. If you ask me, making photoshop births of celebs and loli preg threads is just as bad as this one. So unless there is a rule against it or a mod decides to take it down, it'll stay up. And for the record all of the pics i've posted I found on the internet already, either here or tumblr. So trust me when I say that these people's privacy was violated a long before this thread. Don't give me that crap cause the second they were posted on the internet, they're never coming down. So if there's still freaks like me who don't care I encourage posting more pics that you might have found online.
>>12374>There is "other thing people might find offensive," on this site, therefore I won't take this down.
Irrelevant. It has nothing to do with being "offensive." It's about respecting the rights and privacy of the woman in the photo who did not consent to be photographed. Let alone for the photograph to be put on the internet.
>A mod can take it down if they want.
Couchy (usually) takes a hands-off approach to moderating this site's content, and only really actively pursues spam. Unless you ask him nicely yourself to delete this thread, or you use your deletion password, it will likely stay up. That doesn't mean it should. This site is more than one person, and when you have so many saying "We don't want this," and history of people saying this in the past, you should really listen.
>I found these images online already, so the genie is out of the bottle and it doesn't matter if it violates the woman's privacy.
Irrelevant. You yourself chose to re-post them. And you are doing so on a site with a community that doesn't want to be associated with posting candids.
As you say, no one can force you to delete it. No one is forcing you. We're asking you.
Please. Delete the thread.
Couchy, can you please put an end to all of this bickering, and just give an official ruling on the matter already.
Does nobody understand the irony that there are plenty on pictures on this website the OP would already not be ok with? You can say "They put it online which means anyone has access to it" all you want, it's pretty much the same thing as these candid shots.
pregchan: civil war
Yeah and maybe when people go out in PUBLIC in 2020 they can just wear a bag over their head.
Your picture/ images can be taken and used without your consent wether candid or otherwise. That’s just a fact in today’s world. And there is absolutely no difference in a candid Photo and a picture off a persons social media profile that was saved/shared.
The person “may” have consented to that photo being taken and to uploading it to their personal account.
They did not consent to it being taken from there and being distributed through the Internet, fetish sites or otherwise, and with a candid there is no consent for the photo being taken either, however you have gotten dressed and have left the “PRIVACY” of your home and are now in “PUBLIC”.
You are consenting to having your image observed and possibly recorded.
Cell phones, security cameras, facial recognition, paparazzi etc.
Happens every time you leave your home in some form or another.
Unless the photo was exclusively taken for the purpose of fetishization and distributed by said consenting parties.
any image no matter the context or content would be being used in a manner that was not consented upon. WE ALL have images that fall in this category.
In fact I’d be willing to bet a vast majority of all collections are comprised of content that was not obtained with consent or being used in a manner that was consented upon.
To try and draw these fake “moral” lines on sharing these images is just splitting hairs.
I apologize for the lecture,
It just bugs me that people can look at two images that at the end of the day are the same thing, but because in one image the subject knew their photo was to be taken and in the other they were unaware
Makes them feel gross or dirty or whatever.
It’s like loving and eating the shit out of hamburger, but not wanting to know/think about/hear where it comes from.
Cause that’s the majority of free smut on the web nowadays
If you put it online kiss your consent goodbye 👋
If you go outside in public kiss your consent goodbye 👋
so many mangina simps right here
lmfao wow dude you're really passionate about this shit
It's just common courtesy, dude. You wouldn't want someone following you around sneaking pictures of you, so don't do it to someone else.
Screw off moralfag, we are here to fap, not for sermons
Nice stuff. Keep them coming
Nice stuff. Keep them coming
