Here's an obscure one: a Dutch drama movie about an art student, involving a pregnant woman who progressively becomes bigger until she gives birth. Gotta say the birth scene is pretty realistic for something that probably had the budget of a ham sandwhich. Unfortunately I'm not able to find the full movie so if you wanna hunt it down please let us know when it's found.
The Stand has an amazing scene in episode 8 when one of the main characters goes into labor and her belly moves frantically. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The ABCs of Death 2's last segment, Z is for Zygote, has an interesting premise. A pregnant woman eats these roots that prevents her from giving birth until her husband returns, causing her child to grow inside her for 13 years and rendering her almost immobile. Some fucked up shit happens that I'm not remotely interested in wanking to so y'all go ahead instead.

Here's a minor one but still good nonetheless. In My Soul to Take, at the very beginning of the movie, the main character moves around in his mom's belly. That's the only belly scene in the movie, unfortunately.
The anthology horror film Holidays features a woman pregnant with a snake. While in a bathtub, she gives birth to it. It's a nice belly and has some good close ups and thrashings.

Haven't watched the actual movie yet but there's a nice scene in The Rite where a woman slams her belly before it grows immensely in size for a bit. Please mind Anthony Hopkins.
Born's whole premise involves a woman who is heavily pregnant with a demon. There's so many scenes in this movie that I can't list them all so have this gif for now.
Mother!'s got some great scenes too. I got a huge crush on Jennifer Lawrence so this is a particular favorite.
